These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Procat Solutions Kft. (registered office: 1134 Budapest, Vaci Street 47/B, Building 1).
The Provider offers software development, web development, mobile application development, and related IT consulting services.
The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order. The Provider reserves the right to reject any order.
Payment is due according to the schedule specified in the contract. Late payment may incur interest charges.
Intellectual property created during development remains the property of the Provider until full payment is received.
The Provider's liability is limited to the value of the contract, except in cases of intentional damage.
Parties are released from contractual obligations in case of force majeure.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation.
